While I admit that I’ve never seen Kiss the Girls or Along Came a Spider, the trailers kind of played them off as more dramatic, cat and mouse, investigate-y movies. This one is kinda… different. It starts out like the other trailers did. Alex has to investigate some murders. Some brows are furrowed. But then shit gets real. Matthew Fox is a creepy thin MMA ex military guy. Not your standard movie serial killer. But then it gets worse. MMA guy starts threatening Alex’s family. Then the movie goes insane. It’s suddenly a scene out of a Transporter movie. Guns being cocked, shot guns being sawn off, fucking rocket launchers. What’s happening here?

I mean, I guess it’s possible that Morgan Freeman was doing this kind of shit all the time. But I think it’s kind of unlikely.
