Things are looking good for a moment. The crew has successfully escaped from Mos Schuuta, and evaded the Empire’s chase. So things should be free sailing from now on. But of course not. Everyone’s drawn into another crazy adventure involving a Twi-Lek prisoner, the Twi’Lek’s home planet of Ryloth, and that no good Teemo the Hutt. Jerk. Meanwhile, everyone’s angry at everyone else. And it’s only gonna get worse from here on in.

Star Warsing continues. The crew needs to get to the ship and get off the planet. But there’s stuff in the way. Lots of stuff. Stormtrooper, war droid stuff. And even if they get to the ship, well, there’s TIE fighters out there. Sounds like a dangerous missions.

We’re back, baby. Well, sort of. We have returned after a several week absence, but we’re taking a short break from our standard Dungeons and Dragons storyline to spend some time in the Star Wars galaxy, with Star Wars: Edge of the Empire.
In this first episode, we meet our new characters, and find them on the run from a hutt named Teemo. There’s also discussion of the correct pronunciation of several words, and arguments about the validity of wacky non numbered dice.

The guns run into a checkpoint in the mountains. Things go poorly. It’s just a ton of fighting. If you’re not into listening to a really long winded fight, this might be one to skip. Fights happen, things are killed, we’ll try to be more exciting in the future.

We’re up in the ship now, and it might be on the verge of exploding, but we need that core thing for the thing that no one really remembers what it is. So “Smells like Cinnamon” is going down. And hopefully we can escape from the ship before everything blows up. That would be optimal.
